Atlanta, GA – Haven Campus Communities is pleased to announce the construction of a 536-bed luxury student housing community serving Mississippi State University in Starkville, MS. Haven12, located adjacent to the Thad Cochran Research, Technology, and Economic Development Park, is currently under construction and will be delivered in time for the Fall 2015 semester at Mississippi State. This community will offer fully-furnished apartments featuring fully-equipped kitchens, large flat screen televisions, full-size washers and dryers, trundle beds with pillow top mattresses, private bedrooms and bathrooms and spacious floor plans with ample closet space. Haven12 also offers by-the-bed leases with all-inclusive rental packages including electricity, water, cable and internet. Haven12 will provide dynamic internet service through its own on-site managed network and residents will experience blazing speeds via wired and wireless service covering the entire property.

This brand new community will offer a large central courtyard boasting such features as an expansive lawn area, horseshoe court, bocce ball court, fire pits, and covered built-in grills. The upscale clubhouse features a full range of amenities including a cyber-lounge with charging stations, coffee bar, fitness center, tanning room, game room, computer center with private study room with Smart TV, and professional on-site management. The outdoor clubhouse area will include a spacious resort-style pool, sun deck, large tanning deck, and hammock garden.
